Courage is the fuel that brings to life our heart's desire. Most people look at what lies buried inside, deep within their hearts with regret. There is this spark. The false reality behind this of course is that it is easier to remain stuck, or so the gremlin filled little mind so thinks...than it is to breakout of this debilitating thinking and stretch beyond our comfort zones to break new ground and take a stand for what is truly burning in your heart.

When we are unwilling to do anything else but deeply love ourselves, surrender to the opening, the stretching and honor our full creative potential that we, in a radical act of love, break-free and break open.
