While we have been guided to suppress our anger conditioned that it is bad, negative, or hurtful, we have been robbed of our power & passion to create change.
If you have felt disconnected from your passion ( heart fire) feel to see if you are running beliefs (mostly outdated spiritual beliefs that anger is a negative e-motion and that you should strive for peace in every moment) While that is not entirely true, anger is a natural e-motion, that is essential in your e-motional maturation & an organic evolutionary process.
This is how we process energy. This is emotional alchemy. Alchemy is transmuting one form of energy to another, as energy does not die, it can only be transformed with your conscious intention.
If you don’t honor your anger and rage, if you fall prey to the people pleasing of a narcissistic relational structure that will keep you anchored in a 3rd dimensional reality, looping around the blame/shame/guilt perpetrator/victim game.

The denial of those siphoning your energy (people, places, systems and things) is what keeps you in a co+dependent relationship, giving your power away because of unresolved trauma constructs (beliefs, identities, patterns, behaviors, feelings)
