Trauma Informed vs Trauma Evolved.

 

How to tell if a healer/leader/facilitator/teacher (or anyone really) has or is ...integrating their own trauma programs (shadows) in a state of wholeness consciousness vs projecting it onto you or the outside world ...

 

Aka...the beauty of awareness that comes from freeing trapped trauma & emotions, the integration of soul fragments and the distinction of choosing to evolve vs point the finger at everything or everyone else in their outside world...in the blame/shame/judgement game.  (this keeps one locked in a 3rd Dimensional reality of existence which is rooted in slavery, bondage and lack consciousness)

 

Note: this does not include inviting others to be equally accountable in relationship for their shadow stuff be it behavior or unconscious e-motions or energy-in motion (there is a big difference in blame and mutual accountability)

 

For true co+creative relationships there must be self-responsibility, mutual accountability for equitable relationships.

 

Or they will dissolve (vs evolve) in the higher frequencies of the 5th dimension.

 

1) They are not blaming the aliens or the ‘devil’ or claiming that evil is some force outside of them and their own shadow (ie unaddressed trauma) or the collective consciousness of humanity (or use this as a fear tactic in order to keep people enslaved to a dual consciousness) ....

 

They know from experience, dark nights of the soul and traveling through their own pain/trauma & the pain/trauma of the collective and transmuting it with love and acceptance (the Mother Principle) freeing personality constructs multidimensionally and evolving those parts into wholeness and then taking assertive action, setting boundaries (Father principle) from this more integrated, whole place/consciousness.

They can truly see it all with a deep compassion and knowing vs the fear of judgment or perceptual hierarchy of a patriarchal mindset.

 

They are wholly integrated. At peace with both polarities (while discerning what is needed when to keep the tension of creation alive with the dance of these polarities within and without) and have done the deep inner excavation and transfiguration of trauma & discord (both collective and individual) to free both their masculine (focus, decisive, purpose, boundaries, structure, action, etc) and feminine (flow, nurturing, compassion, feeling, intuitive, visionary) principles within. They are expanding, celebrating, creating in this dance of wholeness!

 

2) They refrain from using shame or blame or judgment in their marketing communication or self-expression in order to attract a tribe. They do not weaponize one's vulnerability and work towards elevating empowered consciousness. They are authentic and human and share this while also living in daily miracles all the while honoring the container, value, and investment of their work.

 

 

--->This often is leveraging the emotional drama and activation of the 4th dimension while perpetuating a level of victimization and distraction that usually keeps people in a co+dependent relational dynamic seeing the healer/teacher as a projection of their own power and gifts with no space to fully integrate them or claim their own authority, creative responsibility and empowerment.

 

EVERYONE has trauma it’s part of the revolutionary evolutionary human experience!

 

And there is no doubt that the cosmic forces of our evolution have intensified... bringing up these shadow parts to the surface for reconciliation. Now.

 

 

This will continue to amplify. The best investment in your future is inner liberation and coming home to the heart.

 

That way when the chaos of the times accelerates you can co+create from love and be undistracted from programs of fear. This is the new multidimensional reality and it’s available to you, to everyone now.

 

And we must choose to create it, we must make the choice!

 

—-> part of awakening and coming fully home to yourself, fully embodied—- is learning to integrate these disowned parts of ourselves reclaim them through expression and release to free our creative life force from these constructs.

 

Trauma informed is an incomplete perspective. While it’s a start, it is still just a linear perspective and an old paradigm of healing that is one-dimensional and is still rooted in a patriarchal mindset of psychotherapy. We know it doesn’t work it just treats symptoms as best and often re-traumatizes.

 

There is no wholeness possible in this perspective or approach as it is still fragmented. Whole healing, needs whole consciousness. The facilitator must have this activated within their own field, this is what activates their clients consciousness to heal and evolve multi-dimensionally upon engagement.

 

As Einstein said ...

‘we can not solve a problem at the level of consciousness that created it.’

 

This model of mental health has perpetuated Unhealed healers and mental slavery for years. (And I am a trained psychotherapist.. so without judgment here and its only part of the story) which is why we needed alchemy!

 

You are your best healer! And it’s important to work someone with a multi dimensional perspective and modality.

 

Anyone who has truly successfully transmuted their own pain (it’s an active and alive process!) knows that you can not heal trauma at the level of thought alone...

 

Trauma gets stored in the body, cellularly - it becomes a frozen energetic imprint and it needs a multidimensional modality to free it (mentally, emotionally, spiritually) - To transmute and rewire the pathways.

 

Of course this is why I use paint as medicine and it is both freeing and fun!

This is often a practice to rewire the DNA and belief templates while activating the light body into a more full self-expression.

 

Healing means returning to wholeness. Evolution means reconciling the trauma through healing and THEN choosing to EVOLVE through growth and expansion! i.e making different choices.  Put your new consciousness into creative action!

 

The integration happens in the new actions, choices and behaviors!

 

 

Karma is the consciousness of which we create and this is constantly evolving as we transform these karmic patterns individually and collectively.

 

Being the change is taking responsibility for your trauma patterns, getting support, effective tools to evolve them and to watch the ripple effect of this in collective!

This is true transformational leadership! Its from the inside out.

 

4) Branding/commoditizing the ancient archetypes of god, goddess, witch, priestess, shaman etc etc without proper Initiations (ie transforming your own trauma and these old timelines/archetypes)

 

As we evolve these archetypes evolve too! And we are in an unprecedented time of wholeness, evolution, and expansion where new archetypes are being born out of this wholeness.

 

The inner work right now is the

 

It is of healing trauma releasing trapped emotions, limiting beliefs and ways of being that keep you from living fully from your heart.

 

...From activating your true power to create from the heart!

...That keep you from giving yourself the love that you have been conditioned to believe must come from ‘out there’ and awaken the dormant pathways and clogged arteries that are blocking your heart, love and true vibrant expression.

There is no true leadership without love.

 

And it must start within.

We can not lead others

in love if we have yet to fully live it in our own home.
