The art of receiving requires openness vulnerability and courage of the heart. We have to let go. Trust. Create space. All aspects if the feminine principle. The feminine principle that has been raped, pillaged, used and abused.
Its ok if you struggle with receiving. Love, gifts, money, praise, attention worthiness.
It hasn't always been safe to.
Our body shuts down, contracts closes when we feel unsafe to receive. When the energy or intention isn't right or in coherence with our heart.
And if we have trapped trauma imprints, repressed e-motions, energy in motion, our heart is blocked, heavy, its much harder to open and remain that way unless we are committed to our e-motional maturation and life force energy mastery.
We don't trust, we remained closed and we block our own love, acceptance and abundance because we don't know how to discern truth from fiction with a clogged heart, backlogged with passed pain and programming from the past.

When purify our own heart and become the alchemists of our own life. We trust. We open. We close. We observe. We feel. We flow. We know.
