The anger, the rage you feel is sacred.

We have been shamed for our anger (especially women and children) for centuries.

And that is because anger shows us a few things...

when we grow up in environments where our boundaries (needs/voice/value) are disrespected and we may have been shamed for expressing them, even the NATURAL e-motional response to such a violation.

We learn to repress our anger and it gets built up as rage. When your sentient being consistently denies the self (boundaries, voice, needs, respect/worthiness) over time in order to 'survive' i.e get needs met ...this produces a flood of repressed rage that may be boiling at the surface of your authenticity and coming up for transmutation in this full moon in Cancer.

Allow it to rise for release and renewal. Welcome its message and offering for your fiery veins and heavy heart.

For underneath this is the grief... the grief that was buried out of despair of an abandoned child who did not have permission to feel...to need ...to want...

Who could not learn to trust because the adults where not there. No parents were 'home' And so internalized this as separation from God, 'if they are separate then so am I...' for transpersonally we anchor our sense of wholeness from that of our parents and if this is not transmitted or experienced we ...

And therefore our trust in self

So when the rage comes set it free. Create a space for it. Listen. Give that child an ear to hear, express what it has repressed for lifetimes... let the floods gates flow.

Let control go and express it with color and velocity and in doing so you transmute the trauma and pain into power.

From here you can liberate aligned action and your fire becomes your light that when alchemized with the holy fire of love, the sword of truth and Divine presence has the creation power to create new worlds.
