I saw a well know thought leader posting about how 'this time' is going to traumatized people for centuries!
And I cringed ... doom and gloom!
First of all what kind of evolutionary message is that?
2nd of all ...they must not be informed of all the revolutionary, next level quantum healing tools available NOW. And even more concerning not using them...
Healing trauma does not take centuries or lifetimes any more! It can happen in an instant when we access all of our 'bodies'/
We are waking up to our multi-dimensionality...
No longer can we repress or deny trauma and life, our evolution is requiring us to liberate our emotional bodies and address all the trauma surfacing (some repressed, some current, all related energetically) in the moment and make changes to evolve out of the karmic loop of creating trauma cycles and perpetuating pain and dis-ease vs. love and claiming our evolution.
We must reveal it, feel it, to heal it to evolve.

We grow through expressing our emotional energy if we repress it we contract, regress, create dis-ease and we recess in consciousness and as a humanity.
We can see this evident today, Look at the world now!
The quantum tools are available now to free yourself trauma imprints patterns and reconcile the energy in the moment in every dimension of your being (mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically etc etc.) And be a conscious creator.
you can not heal trauma at the level of thought.
The energy must be expressed and reconciled in a generative way or the trauma repeats.
Energy can not be destroyed, only transformed.
Only person who can do this healing is you. No one can heal you but you. You are the Alchemist of your life and it is a skill and instead ability for ALL humans.
Sure you may have healing helpers and catalysts but true evolution depends on reconciling the trauma energy and imprint and freeing it and then choosing to evolve as a soul.
