Some asked me this on an Instagram live and I thought it was such an excellent question...especially since I have received so many comments along the lines of ‘must be nice in Bali…’ ‘I am so happy for you and Sophie…. ‘what an amazing experience for her!’

 

followed up with ….‘do you know what is happening with the rest of the world?

 

‘ and ‘how could you be so happy and joy-filled when the rest of the world is going to hell in a handbag?’…

 

So Creative Ones… I thought this would be an excellent time to share a few things that allow me to access the eternal-joy-that-we-are in any moment, where we can tap into our creative potency and bring about solutions to almost any challenge—as this is of highest service to the planet.

1. I CREATE MY REALITY. I have come to know that we live in a hologram, a quantum universe, which is a direct reflection of our internal world. So yeah, I am living in paradise on the island of the GODS, heaven on earth, because so within, so without. I created it so! I listen to to my heart, surrendered to it’s daily guidance and trusted the flow.

 

The last 20 years of investing in inner work, trainings, personal mastery has led me to know--- that we are way more powerful than we have been conditioned to believe ---and that I have more potency when I tune inward, connect with my heart and create from that place… vs. allowing the outside world to feed me with its chaos, confusion and projections. I am responsible for my experience. When I remember that we create our reality both individual and collective, I know I am doing my part in expressing my unique spark of soul, as part of the whole.

 

I can not control others realities, as there are as many realities as there are individual consciousnesses--I can only control my own and contribute to this greater expression of a UNIVERSAL SOUL and inspire others to do the same.

 

When I remember this, I surrender any co+dependent patterning and focus on aligning with my high heart visions as an conscious creator. I refuse to buy into limitations, yours and mine—knowing that we are potent creator beings.

 

2. I AM A SOVEREIGN CREATOR BEING. I know that my sovereignty—my true freedom lies in my connection to SOURCE CREATION and being a conduit of what wants to be created through me. This sweet surrender and devotion is my bliss. Being fully in my creative process when I am creating, writing, dancing, playing, painting, visioning….taking conscious action…adventuring in the unknown --this is what lights me up.

This is my contribution to the whole of creation. I see joy as our natural state and is the highest vibration that attracts us naturally to an abundant life!

This is my gift... in realizing this knowing.

 

Who or what is robbing you of your joy in this moment?

(hint: You are allowing it and you are perpetuating it.)

 

When I surrender my attachments to outcomes, money, relationships, other people’s approval and validation, the need to be right, being seen as good, holy, altruistic, or righteous, perfect etc. I am truly authentic, in the flow and I am free.

 

3. I deeply love and respect myself and all living beings. I no longer contribute (i.e. give energy to) to any relationship that does not honor with respect, kindness and love-- all beings. And I will use my heart, vision, voice, investments and action to respect, honor and love myself and everyone in my world.

 

My life is a living testimony to this. And my vibe reflects it.

 

4. I AM responsible to my soul. I know that true fulfillment only comes when we honor our souls calling and throw everything else into the creative fires for evolution.

I believe in a New Mother Template (new paradigm) that is being activated on the planet that speaks to the necessity of the realization of all beings, especially women and children because whole MOTHERS give birth to whole CHILDREN. True wholeness/fulfillment only comes from living our souls full expression and soul’s purpose. I don’t believe in sacrificing my soul or my well-being and wholeness for my child, in fact ….I feel the opposite--- my child’s wellbeing can ONLY come from me—living and modeling a soulful, purposeful creative life to my child. This is how we change the world.

 

5. I BELIEVE THAT ALL OF LIFE, PROTECTS AND NOURISHES ME BEYOND MEASURE.

Life is on my side and I trust in something bigger than me and flows through me.

When I am connected to this truth, I am connected to Source and true pure Abundance in all ways.

 

6. I believe that LOVE/GOD/UNIVERSE is co + creating with me, not against me, punishing me, or condemning me. I believe every day, every moment is a blank canvas and we are consistently reborn anew.

 

Our basic relationship and beliefs about GOD are deeply unconscious (until we shift them into consciousness) due to our religious, cultural, and familial upbringing (you don’t need to have had religion in your early life to have had this programming) and unhealed trauma.

 

When we have subconscious beliefs about GOD such as:

 

We are separate from the DIVINE. God is outside of us, vs who we are an expression of the ONE SOURCE CREATION

 

The Divine as a judging fearful punishing GOD or Father

We are sinners and we must repent for forgiveness and ungodliness

We project this onto the world around us and this spiritual shadow blocks us from our true power and Divinity with the authentic Christ Consciousness, the I AM presence. Which is not separate from you. It is YOU!

 

 

This was one of the biggest take aways I received from my clinical training in spiritual psychology ( almost 20 years ago!)--- our beliefs about GOD/SPIRIT/LOVE/SOURCE dictate our identity and therefore our psychology and consciousness ie.---(KARMA) what we create in the world. Our energy is imprinted, filtered through our degree of consciousness or awareness of our GOD/ SELF I AM.

 

7. I AM DEVOTED TO LIVING MY SOUL’S PURPOSE. I know who I am, my soul’s code, my soul’s energetic blueprint (the energy I thrive in and what I am here to anchor and activate in the world (mine is joy, love, freedom, abundance ) my soul’s mission, message and I live it daily.

8. KEEP YOUR FREQUENCY HIGH. THE FUTURE OF MEDICINE IS ENERGY. I am an ENERGY MASTER, a CREATIVE ALCHEMIST. Energy can not be destroyed only transformed. Your salvation is up to you and it lies in mastering your energy flow and staying in the highest vibration (joy, love/compassion, allowing—-Some could say, 'seeing through the eyes of the Christ') . The more masterful you are with channeling energy, the more potent, creative, healthy, joyful and prosperous you will become. This is SELF-Realization.

 

I am a visionary and highly intuitive, I don’t just have the knowing about this, I live it! I have the clinical, creative, and transformational experience and training to back it with my own awakening and teaching intuitive painting in the studio for 15 years, coaching clients etc. everything is energy and when we get to the root, we have the power to transform anything.

 

I also know from facilitating creative transformation for the last 20 years that the darkness that is surfacing in our current health care system and reality is an exciting thing! it is showing us where we need to evolve, take our power back and continue to innovate new era modalities, that are multi-dimensional.

9. I DO SHADOW WORK DAILY. I am e-motionally self-responsible.

When something comes up I address it in the moment. I take my own medicine and use the arts for alchemical transformation and evolution daily. I am not afraid of my shadow or triggers as I know it is showing me disowned parts of myself that need to be retrieved and integrated for a more expansive integrated expression.

Therefore, I am less triggered by what is happening in the outside world as the collective shadow surfaces-- because I have the tools, the big picture perspective and I keep my emotional body clear and well boundaried-- as I live on purpose.

10. SEE THROUGH THE VEILS. I practice discernment. Because I am able to be honest with myself and grieve any past illusions that kept me in denial and in false reality. I am no longer available for swimming in the sea of denial that used to plague me.

 

I see distractions for what they are by staying multi-dimensionally embodied within myself. I listen to my ‘bodies’ (physical, e-motional, mental etc ) I attune to MYSELF and trust my inner guidance to alert me if I am off focus and where to redirect my creative energy. ---Taking space from social media, certain relationships and spending lots of time recalibrating my energy fields in nature and play, creating and adventuring with my daughter Sophie and our community.

 

11. I HAVE MY BACK. I honor my boundaries. I back my work/energy/vision/creations.I take daily action.

Remember chaos is a part of the creative experience. Stay centered in what you know to be true, do your energy/emotional/spiritual work and line up your life with your true core intrinsic values, not what you have been sold and told but reflect the frequency in your own heart.
