For so long I resisted Bali. It almost felt cliché. Of course it is the mecca of retreat hosting, spiritual pilgrimages and creative evolution and growth. If you arrive in Bali and you are out of alignment with your own flow, your natural rhythm… the truth of who you are… You will have an experience of purification until you surrender
all your attachments and jump into the Super Flow that is the way of life here.
I stopped questioning it and answered the call. I’m so glad I did.
Bali is home to the natural ley lines or earth meridians that channel some of the most potent life force energy within the planet. It is the perfect place to host a Creative Alchemy ™ and Karmic Alchemy ™ retreat in The Fire Tree Method ®. I had a retreat spot picked out in Canggu but I knew it didn’t feel right. The people I began
dealing with from the luxury villa group were aggressive and something kept whispering for me to wait until I arrived here and to trust that I would be guided.
I didn’t really tell anyone this of course - except for a trusted mentor and a friend, because if you are not used to surrendering to FLOW… you will grasp and grasp at trying to control outcomes, seeking security in the external and you will block the flow of magic and miracles that are inherent when co+creating with the universe. You
will not understand, rather just feed the fear and doubt, vs finding faith in the flow.
Surrounding to what is true, and provided in the present moment. Taking one step at a time.
Which as a facilitator of The Initiation into FLOW Retreat… was what I was being called to do.
GROW MY FAITH ⚡️⚡️⚡️
What I experienced blew my mind. It was that of Goldilocks and the three bears, I was guided to the south of the island near the fire temple in Uluwatu. No surprise there as we would be in a creative journey of alchemical arts, throwing all that was no longer serving into the creative fire both figuratively and literally. I had to trust
my gut. And surrender to my guidance wholeheartedly. Even at what would seem at all costs. I looked at two places that were let’s just say, not quite right, and very different than what was presented online so glad I listened to instincts to go see them in person). We landed at the Yoga Beach House Villa at Sannyas Yoga Retreat & Academy in Uluwatu. If I had rushed into one out of fear, I would have compromised our needs and my desire for the perfect sacred space, for our retreat and journey
work. It is energy work after all, so for me the vibe had to feel aligned on every level. Such an essential aspect of facilitating this experience. And as it was my first time to Bali, first retreat here – I had to flow on instinct.
I had to let go of my attachments of feeling like I had it all together by many people’s standards, because I truly didn’t know how it would all evolve. The exact details where being presented as needed, options to choose from. Of course I have 20 years experience of leading retreats so naturally I had a knowing and a SOUL CERTIANTY that
it would be perfect. Because I decided it would be and was unavailable for less. While some retreats are never what I expected, they are always amazing vessels of transformation and renewal. I have never led a bad retreat. This I knew.
This latest retreat and body of work is much deeper than the others. I am learning in my own Initiation as the steward of potent ancestral medicine, women’s empowerment and aligning with true wholehearted abundance, the necessity of a safe sacred container and the space needed for this type of transformation.
The women that showed up to invest in this work are that of epic visionary creative leaders. It takes great courage and willingness to meet the patterns, the wounds, the traumas and purify them into an alchemical creative fire that turns everything into gold, reclaimed life force and creative potential. I am completely humbled, awed and
inspired.
This Initiation takes all of you. Every cell. Every DNA code. Every attachment and asks that you let it go so you’re able to be reborn into the fullness of who you came on this earth plane to be.
There is no hiding your potency in this retreat. It strips all that is not you away and transmutes it into power, passion and purpose.
So for the last couple of days, I have been in the vessel of my own retreat journey, nourishing myself at this lovely villa. Daily morning yoga & massage, meditation, beach trips, fresh delicious meals, sound healing and deepening my own flow. Sophie and Mia our nanny / marketing badass extraordinaire are with me in support of this
grand adventure and deeper calling. We are getting used to life in Bali… ;)
I had just been journaling on the essentials of Flow, non-attachment and of course Brook the yoga teacher at the villa yesterday morning, spoke a passage from Patanjali on – detachment ⬇️⬇️⬇️
People often misinterpret this spiritual teaching of detachment. It is not the opposite of attachment. It does not mean do not have bonds, strong vows, commitments or connections. What it is saying — and there is not direct translation in English for this – is to refrain from identification. You are not your emotions. Your behavior. Your
job. Your car. Your marital status. Your bank account. You partner. Your child. etc.
If you look to these external things to define you, you will inevitably create suffering. Your attachments do not define you. Nothing defines you except for the truth of who you are — you are a potent creator being a multi-dimensional self that is always in the flow of life, always feeling, sensing, learning growing and evolving.
Anything that blocks this flow of your unique evolutionary growth cycle will cause blocks, suffering and illness.
The more you attach to the outside world for your sense of security, safety or validation, the more suffering you will experience. And this will only intensify in 2020 as things get more and more intense. More chaos in the world is coming in to foster your detachment and a deeper surrender to your inner knowing, your unique soul’s
expression and aliveness within the great mystery that is life.
Will you answer the call?
Will you surrender your attachments and false identity?
Attachment is not love. Attachment is bondage. Freedom is love. Soul Sovereignty is the highest of Divine Love, surrendering without a doubt to your inner knowing with spaciousness, trust and flow. When we take responsibility for our own experience, our own e-motional flow (energy in motion) we drop into our creative potency and become
one with life.
Know when to engage. Know when to surrender, to let go. This is the gorgeous dance of Co+Creation.
Identifying with your conditioning and programming keeps you stuck in a karmic loop of creation. It is a cycle of trauma and self-abuse and you are being called, to jump off this train. 🔥🔥🔥
A new life is calling you. A life of creativity, sovereignty and soul certainty. You are being called. Do you feel it? There is a deeper, wider current of life calling for you. Life is easier, more abundant, more pleasurable, if you allow it to be. If you desire it to be. (Why or what ) Where are you denying your own heart? How can you
be fulfilled if you keep holding back you from you?
It is the attachment to the false identity of the victim, the template created for your sense of self rooted in generations and lifetimes of trauma. This is not shaming the feelings associated in the trauma, they are very valid, however they are not YOU. And this is coming up collectively to be cleared at this time. That is why
multi-dimensional tools, quantum creative tools that support the alchemy of these denser identification in all the bodies (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, energetic bodies, etc.) are essential at this time because they transmute these patterns/forms/templates in every area of your being for true freedom to be experienced.
This is the alchemy of our era.
This is the soul leadership call now.
This is the spiritual revolution and evolution.
A deep surrender to soul knowing.
