What happens when things fall dark?  They don’t look like what we expect or anticipated and it life can appear to be riddled with despair, challenge, angst and grief.  Everything looks and feels unfamiliar or ..even worse painfully familiar.  The body coils, the fear, surges, the thoughts quicken.  Old programs set in. And you find yourself traveling through the density of life, even when it is sunny outside…

Can you relate? Have you too been experiencing some of this?  If so...your not alone.

Here is what is going on beneath the surface of things.

The more light and love rise on the planet, the more the frequency rises and the more repressed pain, density and lower vibe thought forms and trapped trauma rise to the surface to be cleared, released and transmuted into a higher love.

So what is our work in the dark?

Whenever I am traveling through the darkness of disappointment I realize it is a time of mastery, and I am being asked to step it up. To let go.  To focus. Intend. And clear anything in the way that is blocking the force of love and consciousness in my life.

So if you find your self traveling through a time when things look different than you expected or you feel desperately disappointed in something you thought would bring you joy…fret knot.  Untangle yourself, focus on the thread of light you can see or create it if you can’t, it is there within you, if you need help reach out for support.  You don’t have to travel alone.  Love grows when we share our darkness and transmute it with light.

Perspective is everything. Light, it is the new currency. Like love, It will take you far and wide. Choose wisely my friends and the more you clear ‘the junk in your trunk ‘ the more clear you perceive.
