Video: Healing Disease in the Body with Creative Alchemy

Greetings Creative One,
Did you know that we all store trauma in the body? We store it in our cells, our DNA and genetic codes, if trauma goes unhealed, it gets passed down and creates limitation and blocks us from evolving beyond our past!
And
trauma as we know, and you may know this too if you have tried therapy in the past with little relief, trauma can not be healed or released just from the mind or intellect! Because we are multidimensional beings, we must be released from the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies as well.
But there is a way to transmute trauma quickly affectively, using art! Painting is perfect because it by passing the mind and goes write into our non-verbal intuitive body knowing so we can release and reclaim those aspects that were once compromised.
It is fun,
quick and vibrantly liberating!
This morning living in my home studio, I did a LIVE video with Christy. Christy has struggled for years, with an auto-immune disease that developed after her older brother was tragically murdered when she was 17. Because disease can ofter be a trauma response, I invited her to go in and see if we could release the trapped trauma
