Today is the day that will change history.  Whatever we chose as a collective here in the states, will set the stage for some powerful transformation to come.  Change is inevitable --it just depends on how quick and heated things have to get before we see real change evolve. It can either happen as quick explosion or a slow burn.  WE get to choose as a whole. Sometimes it is both.

Stop complaining and start creating.

What helps me is to remember that nothing truly has power over your ability to create something new.  Giving power over to the government or media is where we fall into the susceptibility of victim consciousness. Be mindful of where you lend your attention.  What we focus on grows.

As a global consciousness are shifting out of a relational model of co-dependence and into one of co+creation.  It requires your participation, your Self-accountability.

Watch how your emotions are being affected (influenced) by the media and this election.

Wherever you are.  Where do you feel drained?
