The key to liberating your creativity, passion and dreams, is knowing your darker aspects, what psychoanalyst Carl Jung would call the shadow.

What is your shadow?

 It's the area that we most want to repress within our identity/self concept that limits our self-expression and yet it also holds all of our untapped power and dreams. 

Its the unloved parts we learned at a young age to deny.  And as adults evolving towards wholeness, our life force requires these parts to be set free.
