You know what I am talking about.  

Either do that thing you've been talking about or let it go.  Its taking up sacred space in your brain, in your heart and it will petrify there if you don't act now, on the inspiration that has you swirling and twirling around in your head (and possibly your mouth...) will fester.  The muse will hide and you will be longing for that feeling again.

You know exactly what I am talking about.

I have had many clients talk to me about overwhelm right now. I have felt it to as this week is a particularly busy week as Sophie are moving and setting up our home base back in Austin.  Lots of details, serving clients,  planning up coming events, setting up a new home all while, mothering a 6 month old, lining up support, you know...it can be overwhelming.

So whenever I go into overwhelm, I know I am ripe for letting something go. Overwhelm is actually a beautiful foreshadowing of our next stage of creative evolution and growth and well-being.  Something has got to give if we are going to stay in flow.

And It might be something that was essential a few years ago but that you have maybe outgrown.  A person, a pattern, a town, a pair of shoes, whatever it is it is begging for your attention.  For your care and nurturance to bid farewell and thank it for all its gifts--- bye bye for now.

Where are you feeling overwhelmed?

This is always a clue.  Let your intuitive knowing guide you, spend some time listening with in.  It will tell you, you will know.

So if your feeling a little overwhelmed this week or maybe even blue...go with the flow and let it go!  The Universe is supporting you to take your next step, but you have to prepare and let go of what might still be in your hand, so you may open up to something new.
