Greetings 



It is that time of year again, food, the bounty of the holidays and we begin...like the season of winter beckons for us...to go within and hibernate. We move slower. We go inward. We listen. We nourish.


And what a perfect time for collaborating with 'Food as Medicine' Maven, natural chef, Jan Buhrman for a day immersion of food, painting and nourishment from the inside out. We will celebrate our bodies, food and full-self-expression leaving you feeling renewed and inspired to live more fully embodied as your authentic self.

Food is Medicine. Art is Medicine.

Why painting and cooking?  Cooking and painting are both fun, colorful, creative forms of nourishment and self-expression for the body and soul.  Both are active practices for self care: physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Painting and cooking awaken all the senses and connect us to our whole body experience and are wonderful modalities for women to participate in when exploring our relationship to our bodies. 

Painting inspires whole self-expression.  It connects us to our hearts and gets us out of our heads. It strengthens our intuition and guides us to our deep inner knowing and truth. The part of us that knows what is true.  It supports us in releasing toxic emotions and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck and living a life un-lived. It inspires full self-expression and the embodiment of our humanity, potential and wholeness.
