what are you going to do about it?

Greetings 


There is no doubt in anyone's minds that the propensity of manipulation, violence and fear are front and center of global stage as of late.

I am curious...What are you going to do about it?

I know that the recent global atrocities trigger as many responses in people as we are diverse.  It can leave us feeling sad, fearful, hopeless, helpless and powerless to affect change in our world.  I know I have felt these emotions...Is this you too?

One thing I have learned is that we can not change others, we can only change ourselves and trust that our change will inspire change in others and on the planet.  It is our response-ability to live full lives. To take a stand for our visions and create them in our personal reality.  This requires personal respons-abilty, soul accountability and letting go of what you thought was safe, secure and even at times real.  Be curious. Question everything. Shake things up.  What art are you going to make?

This is our duty right now, to wake-up, live a life of passion, purpose, truth and creativity as we move through our fears and start taking RADICAL ACTION.

It is so easy to be passive and watch it all go down on a screen in front of us.  But this is irresponsible in my opinion. It is up to us to take radical action towards our own growth, happiness and full expression in the world to inspire change on our planet.  We have been given so much, it is time to put all of our resources into action.

Why paint? Because painting inspires whole self expression.  It connects us to our hearts and gets us out of our heads. It strengthens our intution and guides us to our deep inner knowing and truth. The part of us that knows what is true.  It supports us in releasing toxic emotions and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck and living a life un-lived. It inspires fully self expression and the embodiment of wholeness.
