You haven't heard from me in awhile as I have been busy in the creative cocoon with lots of exciting new projects birthing!  More on this soon...

For now, I am curious...

So many people come to me saying 'I don't know what I am passionate about". They feel disconnected to their inner fire and knowing and feel frustrated, lost and a bit overwhelmed with the topic.  Is this you?

Since my passion is connecting others to their passion, intuition and creative flow and acting on it their lives, I see this a lot.  What I have discovered after coaching hundreds of people over the past 10 years is that we know deep down what our passion is the true work is giving ourselves permission to enjoy it... feeling worthy to follow it and to harvest this life force energy and expand it in our lives for ourselves, our families communities and our planet!  This is our purpose as our passion always leads to discovering where our sweet spot is to thrive and shine!

Here is a little writing tool to help you discover right now, what your passion is.  Hint: You must be willing to move beyond the excuses of your ego that say you aren't worthy of passion, that it will be scary to live a passionate life or that you will be judged and fail.  This is just fear getting the best of you and part of your initiation of living a passionate, fulfilling life by taking a leap toward your next level of growth and development.

Passion and inspiration (joy) will always guide you to your next best step.

Are you ready?  Find yourself in a quiet space where you feel safe and centered.  Take out your journal or a fresh sheet of paper and write down the following questions:

1) What Lights you up?  Where do you feel most connected to the creative life force in your body and being?

2)What fires your joy?  Where do you feel the most joyful?

3) What ignites your fire?  When are you most filled with excitement and enthusiasm?

Take your time in answering these questions. Carving out time for yourself to listen to your deepest desires is a radical act of self love and worthiness.  So make time for yourself and do it. You only need 5 minutes.  There are NO right or wrong answers. Listen to your heart, sometimes it is easier to put your hand on your heart to help you out of your head and into your body knowing so you may hear the voice of your intuition. See what comes up for you. You may be surprised and delighted!

If you have a hard time answering these questions, that is OK!  It may be saying that there is an old belief or fearful thought that is keeping you from hearing your voice and you are ripe and ready for a breakthrough.
