So now that you have cleared your canvas and celebrated all that you created in 2014, ready to plant new seeds for 2015?

Great, but first, lets look at all the lessons and insights you received from 2014.  Let these inform your creations for the year to come.

  • More clarity on what is my responsibility and what is not
  • More commitment and permission to follow my heart’s true desires.
  • Releasing of old dreams, other people’s desires for me.
  • Letting go of what isn’t mine, or objects that are past their expiration date.
  • Completing chapters. Literally and figuratively
  • Knowing when to say no.
  • How to ask for what I want and honor this
  • Better boundaries around what I want and what no longer serves me.
  • Deeper, humility.
  • Claiming more Leadership.
  • More Freedom.

  • Fiercely taking a stand for my values even when it is not popular or keeping the peace.
  • Deep trust and faith in following my soul’s calling.
2015 – SO WHAT ARE YOUR GOING TO CREATE THIS YEAR?
Stop playing it safe…this is a year for inspired action!  It is growing increasingly chaotic on the planet as we are in times of deep global transformation.  And How can you do your part? By acting on your heart’s desires and your soul's values.  If not we will grow increasingly uncomfortable if we resist this call to change within our own life. As I tune into the energy for 2015 it is all about taking action in our lives.

HOW TO LIVE IN YOUR PASSION?
Passion. Power. Purpose.  Essential for a fulfilling 2015.

First it is essential that we connect to our passion if we are going to live a fulfilling life.  How do we do this?  We have to get out of our head and into our hearts and bodies. That is why I love painting, it is the quickest way to do this that I have found, any form of creative expression really, it bypasses the verbal rational mind more easily and open’s us up to our intuitive creative knowing which is our heart-center and houses our soul’s guidance, our deepest knowing.  Dance is another great, immediate expression of this.

We align with our true authentic power when we take inspired action on this passionate knowing.  How do you know if you are aligned heart + soul?  You will feel it in your body, you will feel energized, inspired and alive!  This doesn’t meant that you will not feel fear or doubt, this is a normal aspect of the creative process. It does mean that you are connected to your desire and there is an eternal joy in this when we respond to our soul’s calling.  It calls us forth towards our own growth, evolution and purpose.

When we live with Purpose, when we align our lives with our soul’s calling, I will tell you there is no greater freedom or joy.  There is no greater aliveness than this, this is what living and inspired, passionate and purposeful life is all about.

So many of us have searched for meaningful connection and fulfillment in things outside of ourselves when honoring our soul’s longing is really the path to true and long-term happiness. 

There is nothing greater than your desire. Are you willing to take the journey to what you want?
