Are You Living Someone Else's Life?
 
You know what I am talking about, where you wake up on day and say…umm this job, these clothes, this relationship …perhaps this house, this hair. 
It. just .isn’t. me.
 
 
And then you begin to wonder…who am I?
What is authentically me?
What do I really want? 
What do I need to feel personally fulfilled?
What will set my Spirit free to soar?
How do I feel authentically joyful, free and
relaxed in my own skin, confident in my own knowing?
 
I know that feeling.
 
I gave up a career that didn’t match who I was deep inside and what I knew in my soul I was here to do, be and give.  Even though I was making ‘great money’.
 
I gave up a marriage that was very pretty and perfect on the outside, financially secure and yet emotionally and psychologically it was soul-sucking.
 
In fact as I have grown to know myself more and create a more authentic expression and life designed by more core values, I realize that I am constantly evolving and this process is constantly asking me, what nourishes me at my core?  Where am I denying myself this fundamental basic human need for well-being? What do I really truly want to create in my life?
 
 
Sometimes the holidays are the best assessment of this. 
 
They trigger a lot of stress, overwhelm an emotional pain for many people in our modern day society, mostly because they are buried in tradition--- The tradition of giving our power away by creating what we don’t truly want. If honored and respected, with willingness and commitment to knowing your greater truth-- this can be a doorway into your greatest opportunity for growth and sustainable transformation.
 
As a creative and change agent I love being a part of a paradigm shift of celebrating more love life abundance and creativity, and I also love tradition (like Cajun fried turkey on Thanksgiving and toasting the birth of Jesus with champagne on Christmas Eve with my family) and there are some traditions that are serving your great potential for love and eternal joy. And some as you know, do not.
