I am just returning from an incredible visit to Asheville, NC where I offered a series of workshops, one a private workshop for the staff and residents of Cooper-Riis an alternative healing community and wow--what fun that was to watch people dive into their creativity with passion and play!
 
I also had the opportunity to lead a public, day long retreat on Saturday at Your Inner Sanctuary an incredible healing and sacred space.  Just beautiful. We turned this sanctuary into an art studio and wow, did people get their paint on!  It was a lovely group of brave courageous women who fiercely dove into the magic of the brush.
 
Thank you so much Claire Weber for hosting and co+creating this special tour stop with me. It was full of inspiration and fun and I will definitely be back to Asheville!!!!
 
I don't know about you but I have been feeling the emotional intensity of the last few days, the new moon, the eclipse and mercury retrograde.  In my world everything is changing and shifting and I have had to practice a lot of love, presence, compassion and letting go!  It has required a strong act of surrender, trust and faith in myself, others and my VISION!
 
Remember when we embark on any creative process, our fears doubts and insecurities will naturally come up to the surface.  Anything that is in the way of creating our highest vision floats to the top and if we are willing, courageous and committed--we open up that time for ourselves where we integrate those fears, that voice of the inner critic and transmute it into more of our true authentic power and potential.
 
So where can you more deeply surrender to your dreams, visions and creative process?
 
Where can you let go and float like a twig on a mighty river in a sweet surrender?
