Greetings, 

Happy Fall, from Martha's Vineyard!  I am currently still on the island fulfilling my desire of spending another fall up here on the east coast, connecting with friends, creative community, the beach, painting and writing and teaching.  It has been extraordinary and such a gift of renewal, spaciousness and perspective in between retreats.

I celebrated my 5th annual Martha's Vineyard Retreat earlier in the month with a fantastic group of powerful women who were bold, brave and beautifully journeyed with me in the barn studio for 7-days of dancing and painting!  It was incredible and every year I am in AWE at how magical this time is to share in empowerment, beauty, grace and mystery with an intimate group of women creating together and expressing ourselves authentically as we travel toward deeper knowing and being in the world.

DC AREA RETREAT
Last weekend I had the pleasure of being hosted by one of my clients, Kathy Klavon in Virgina.  We gathered 11 women together in a barn outside of the DC area and had a ball igniting creative fires on the farm!  If you are interested in hosting a day retreat or workshop, please email us at info@firetreestudios.com.  It is really fun to host a creative journey in your community and it brings people together in magically authentic ways!  Thanks again to Chrissy McFarren at Full Circle Farm who shared her amazing healing equine barn with us.

What are you saying with your life?

 You know so many people have said to me lately...  "I want your life.  You really know how to LIVE." 

Yeah, you do?  You want my life? Honestly you probably want your own unique version of passion in action.  So let me ask you...Are you willing to take the journey to your heart's longing? 


Are you willing to live out of your comfort zone, challenge your beliefs and conditioning and rock the boat out of what you perceive is possible? ...Cause that is what it going to take for you to discover how to fully live the life that is calling you.

So I have a question for you...

What are you saying with your life right now?

This is a powerful question that someone brought up in the MV retreat and I thought it was a fantastic tool to laser in and gain clarity to how we are living in integrity with our soul's expression.  Are you willing to take action on what you say you want to create?


We are in a quickening of sorts.  Can you feel it?  No better time than now, to start expressing your life more fully.  What do you want to create?  How do you want to communicate with your life?
