Life is busy. There is so much to juggle with career, family and simply keeping up [with keeping up]. Occasionally, it all gets jumbled and the ambitions, dreams, goals and more collide with the day-to-day - meaning relationships with yourself and others. And then, it becomes overwhelming and difficult to sort out what YOU want, what you need and what is your true hearts desire. (Distinguishing what is yours and what is mine... It's challenging.)

I have been there, "In that fire."  Maybe you have as well?

Creativity is a lifeline - connecting and guiding into the passion and essence of where you are and where you may be going. Everyone has it, but not everyone acknowledges it. It grounds us and it supports us all in some of the simplest things to the most complex.

I need it - we all need it. If ignored it, we wander and we may no longer be grounded to what is real and true. The Fire Tree Method(r) supports and provides the solid tools and framework for self discovery, self expression, trust, love/acceptance and unlocking the mystical creative genius that may be taking a long slumber. Wake the genius!

My background:

I grew up in artistically driven. Painting, crafting, cooking, creating, making, dreaming into everything and anything beautiful and artistic, championed by my mother and grandmother. Was it was my secret self or my future. Realistically, it was my essence, grounding - foundation and mine. Through FTS, I have worked hard to acknowledge and own that intuitive, creativeness... that goodness.

My career focus has been as a graphic designer, art director, creative director and brand chief designing, marketing and branding magazines, outdoor industry products/companies and nurturing start-up businesses and they soar towards their goal. And now I proudly guide, mentor and coach others as a creative catalyst in the Fire Tree Method(r).  I passionately hold monthly Intuitive Painting workshops and immersions where I can witness and support the creative brilliance of others.

Weekly, I find my way into my studio where I create lively, colorful and textured paintings inspired by my imagination, travel and nature. I am also mountain loving kinda girl. Skiing, hiking, trail running, biking, adventuring and generally being in the outdoors provides me with an essential big smile and fuels my soul. 

I am available to mentor, coach and be your personal cheerleader. To support, explore and guide you towards your own innate creativity/creative potential - generating flow in:
