I am still enjoying the afterglow of a fabulous retreat on Martha's Vineyard.

Here is another view of an extraordinary breakthrough during the retreat. Watch me walk Pam through shifting her physical pain in the painting...to a feeling of relief and release.

This approach is so powerful in that it is kinesthetic -- it really encourages releasing any energy or e-motion (energy in emotion) that may be keeping us stuck/stagnant in our life and creative process.

This is HUGE! And shows us the power of art and creativity to heal on physical, emotional and spiritual level. When we express how we truly feel. We transform. When we transform ourselves. We transform each other. We transform the world.
