The Art of Creation: From Pain to Peace with Paint
Saturday, August 17th 2013
10am-5pm
-All levels of painting experience are welcome. No prior experience necessary!-
Do you have pain?
Most of us are carrying some kind of pain or suffering. Whether it is physical illness or symptoms--emotional--such as grief or anger and/or spiritually feeling lost, unsupported or neglected--contrary to popular belief
painting can bring you to peace when you acknowledge your pain and move the energy that created it with the spontaneous freedom of expression. When we ignore this impulse to express--this is what causes us to at times feel stuck in our lives and stagnates our own evolutionary growth and development and causes illness in our hearts, minds and bodies.
The most fun way I have found to express this natural flow is in the studio! Experience the magic of the brush!
I have worked with clients who have all sorts of pain, emotional, physical --such as Cancer and other illness, injuries and ailments and it is amazing to see the transformation that happens in the painting studio!
Science has proven that thoughts create our reality and emotion is energy-in-motion so let's get moving, Unleash what is within you and unlock the door to your well-being!
This experiential painting journey will provide you with the spaciousness and freedom in which to immerse yourself in creativity and play as you tap in, tune in and turn on your creative power within. In the studio the focus is on the process rather than the end result, freeing you to explore and discover your authentic expression with rich, vibrant colors of paint and paper within sacred space and community.
Are you ready to awaken and nourish your creative spirit with hours of exploration, creative mystery, play and flow in a safe and sacred judgement-free space that will foster your own power of radical self-acceptance?
Bring your pain and I will show you how to paint it...and set it free!
