Greetings Creative One!

It is true that when you drill down underneath most of the world's pain and suffering it is a resistance to allowing ourselves to express our truth--the truth of who we really are--underneath all the conditioning, social/family expectations, what are friends and loved ones want for us or expect us to be. Essentially dishing out what we think will be worthy of love, rather than our most honest expression.

It is that honest expression of our emotions, our desires--what moves us-- that is authentically alive! It keeps us evolving and growing. And if we aren't growing, we are dying. And when we suppress, repress, try and control and pretend...we loose who we are by giving our power away to other people and circumstances beyond our control...

I was traveling over the summer and say a book title in an airport book store that caught my eye: People Can't Drive You Crazy Unless You Give Them the Keys! Something to think about. More on that later...
