Greetings Creative Ones!
Wow, what a powerful time to be alive. Change is in the air as we move out of Spring and into Summer. The energies are intense these days, beckoning us
to show up and open up to living our lives with every ounce of our being.Can you feel the intensity of it all? Life is slowly removing all that is out of alignment of our highest expression-- patterns, beliefs, feelings, behaviors and relationships that drain our energy and no longer feel supportive.
Are you going with the flow? Or against it?When we go against the flow of Life, we create suffering.Another thing I am seeing in myself and in my clients is
how restrictive resentment can be.
Whether we are creating a painting, a book, a relationship, a business, an experience, a home or even a little person, there is information within what feels stuck.
As the creative life cycle reflected in nature demonstrates for us-- Life is either generative or degenerative. Both death and destruction have its place in the creative life cycle, the are essential for rebirth and new forms of creativity and growth--however w
hen we hold onto the past too long, without extracting its gifts and shifting our perception into gratitude, we stagnate. We contract and resist the natural flow of our evolutionary growth. This my friends is what causes depression, illness and that feeling of being unfulfilled or stuck!
What is going on beneath the surface is there is a part of our being, that isn't yet ready to grow into the next phase of our development. It is feeling stubborn. It is afraid of change. Usually it in fear of how powerful we actually are!
There is an infinite amount of creative energy and potency lying dormant underneath our resentments.And most likely this part is
a younger part of you that is living in the past. It is attached to a false belief created from someone who did not honor your innate creative power and wisdom and violated this in some way.
It is time to put the correction in. To set it straight.
It is time to reclaim your power and potential and learn to trust the wisdom inside of you. It is time to get unstuck, to trust yourself again and to find your light and your flow.
