Greetings Creative Ones!

Have you ever overacted to a situation and you felt like ...wow, where did THAT come from?  Something inside of you was triggered and felt like someone else was 'driving the bus'?  You know that little you, the younger, say 5 or 8 year old that is throwing a tantrum inside and is basically causing the adult you to act out and ...over-react to the current situation?

That my friends, is your Inner Child action out.

Yeah Yeah Yeah, you have heard the saying, 'Get in touch with your Inner Child'...and you thought to yourself.  WTF?  What is all this California-talk and wooo-whoo stuff about this little person that is living inside of me.  Well--- let me sum it up in frank and simplistic terms, the inner child is referring to that part of you that innocently houses your Source of inspiration, play, spontaneity, imagination and creative spirit. 

It also has a stored memory of all the pain, trauma and wounding that you experienced as a child.  And when this part of you doesn't feel safe, it let's us know in sometimes dramatic ways.
