As we embark on the holiday season, let us remember that we have the opportunity to create our own experience. Sometimes just this realization -as our desires lead us to our next level of growth and out of our comfort zone- will bring up fearful, attacking thoughts.
I know as I commit to a new vision and desire for my life experience it brings up loads of self-doubt and opportunities for self-sabotage.
And this is the journey...yes? Can we master our thoughts, where we focus our mind on loving, compassionate beliefs and attitudes as disciplined warriors of creativity?
Being generative and evolving...rather than fearful and contracting?
It always bears down to this...as I witness my own journey and many of my clients, colleagues and friends...will you chose LOVE? or will you chose FEAR?
I chose LOVE as an ongoing practice that allows me to open up to truth and flow.
