Upon returning from the Martha's Vineyard Retreat where we moved every morning as a group to wake up and get our creative juices flowing...I missed it! So I decided to keep my groove going by offering this special group experience within the sacred walls of the chapel on the Perry Estate Monday Evenings in October .
What: Get your groove on in a safe and sacred space. Connect with your Spirit, your body and with others in community as you express your most authentic Self to a musical extravaganza of beats to Ignite your Fire!
I will be playing groove tunes designed to move you deeply.
