When you say 'yes' to living an authentic life you say yes to the adventure of the unknown ...this is what ignites passion, living the truth.   It is exciting... it is invigorating and it is essentially and vitally ALIVE!   It keeps you young and your perspective fresh. When you are deeply honest with yourself and others you awaken the light of truth within and then everything becomes alive in the moment. Nothing is certain, possibilities are endless and all our illusory vices come crashing down in front of us when we realize, there is no such thing as playing it safe. 'Playing it safe' is killing your passion. And your passion is what will keep you alive.   It is one of those beautiful paradox's that reminds us to be safe - to truly and eternally foster our Spirit, we must learn to live passionate lives!   
 
 
I have just completed the 3rd annual Martha's Vineyard Retreat with the most extraordinary group of women. I am still blown away by the intimate experience we co+created together - with each woman's willingness to open up to the truth, to speak it, paint it, dance it, share it and live it. The earth shook underneath the painting barn as each one ignited their passion with paint. Everyone left more expanded and inspired and awake than when they came. There were breakdowns and breakthroughs all gently held and nourished in this magical island retreat.

In this full day painting and coaching workshop we will explore as a group your hearts desire and open the pathways that lead you to realizing what moves you so you can begin to design a life on your own terms. *Gourmet organic lunch will provided!

Spend an afternoon awakening and nourishing your creative spirit by immersing yourself in over three hours of exploration, expression, play and deep surrender. The Saturday painting session welcomes continuing students and first time painters, providing a space to journey through barriers of old patterns and stagnant, less than serving beliefs that keep you from tapping into the internal well of creativity, power and life force energy that is within you.
