I know its been awhile. I haven't emailed you...for over a year! Gasp! Please know, it is of no reflection of how I feel about you. Thank you for being loyal members of the Fire Tree Tribe! I have been taking a break from newsletters (much needed) after emailing at least monthly for almost 20 years ( since 2007)... to focus on raising my daughter, my own personal awakening process and other creative projects.

First of all, thank you for being on this incredible journey with me. Almost 20 years of Fire Tree (birthed in 2007) and paving the way for the alchemical arts, celebrating the art and alchemy of transformation and change. Perfect as we move into winter, when everyone in the world is wanting to speed things up with the holidays, how can you slow down? Rest more and create space for your soul's inspiration and the gestation of new life?

So many fear the void, as this deep place of receptivity we must do the emotional and energetic labor of releasing the old to make room for what is wanting to be birthed through us. Letting go of the younger emotional patterns, limiting beliefs of self, the world, the divine and old narratives that no longer support who you are becoming.

As we do the deep inner work of collapsing the polarities within, we begin to create heaven on earth in our own reality, releasing any identification with the victimization of our trauma and programing and living in the projection of our whole consciousness! We become the creative change.

Why I Don't Smoke the Hoochie,

Why I don’t smoke or recommend smoking the hoochie 🚭🌿💨 😃

It’s all about intention, yes?

And habitual users are often abusing (abused) and avoiding doing the real inner work, personal growth of evolving out of their pain - into emotional and spiritual maturation to integrate their trauma and soul fragments.

It is also like alcohol—- a substance that can open you up to the astral realms via holes in your aura (via trauma/soul fractures) and allows darker forces to access your being!

If you need weed or ayahuasca to go within - & take soul journeys, check yourself, before you wreck yourself. Most people I see that are using, are abusing—- and lack the ability to sustain any real spiritual growth without because they are using the muscles of the plants vs their own to take them selves to higher consciousness.

I can’t tell you how many clients I have worked with who have done too many ayahuasca journeys and are completely fragmented/unintegrated b/c they have become dependent on the ‘medicine’ vs deepening their own psychological, spiritual & emotional energetic muscles.

A clear mind, creates alignment with wholeness in my experience, sees clearly - and the more you purify your vessel as a conduit of Supreme God Source Creative Intelligence the less you depend on outside substances as you are a straight conduit to the divine.

In fact, why would you? It only creates co+dependency and co+dependency is disempowering.

In an era where we are on the verge of The Golden Age of Enlightenment your consciousness is coin! It is your currency because energy, value and consciousness is your greatest wealth.

Here's to being ALL OF YOU

I had a very 'successful' therapist colleague tell me once, ‘You should use another photo on your website’. She said, that my bio picture was too, ’hot’ and that it was intimidating to other women and that my business might flourish more, if I downplayed my looks. That I was too attractive and that some people might not want to work with me.

Waaaait what? I remember thinking WTF??! I am here to ignite people to live in their potency, full-self expression & joy--- why would I dim down my light in order to attract clients? Or anyone for that matter.

Another reason why I chose not to be a therapist.

That kinda of scarcity thinking never worked for me. I am not willing to make myself small for anyone ever. Anymore.

Sure… in the past I used to do it once upon-a-time, I fell prey to the pressure as we as women are so conditioned to hide, play it safe, and make ourselves small. To play victim in order to help other people feel safe. And the worst is we do it to each other. Shame gets tossed around like a hot potato looking for someone who has enough love to say no. No more. Not me. I am going to break the cycle.

No one can make you eat a shame sandwich unless you take a bite.
Nothing ever good comes doing something inauthentic to attract something that is right and meant for you. Your truth radiates and magnetizes. And repels. It protects. So shine your light. Speak your truth. Magnetize. Alchemize. ---transform anything that is getting in the way into power and light.

I love this photo, it captures my essence and my evolving maturation –a part I had yet to embrace within myself. My sovereignty. At home in it all.

This retreat has been annual since 2009…and when Sophia was born I did my last one and realized (as she was 9 months) that it was too much for me to produce & facilitate while being a solo Mama to an infant, still breast feeding and assimilating into MOTHERHOOD. I tried the year later to modify as our beloved retreat estate on Flat Bottom Pond sold, making it smaller and shorter in a new location and it totally flopped. What I learned was this - I needed more space for me—and my work had depended, my clients needed more space too—along with my priority & desire was being a Mom to Sophia (& by hard choice, Dad to her as well) this is what came from breaking the cycle of abuse in my lineage, looked like. What it looked like in my life to eat my own medicine and evolve the karma by making different choices.

Sometimes really hard choices. However it has been so worth it.

What my work had taught me was that motherhood & empowering my feminine gifts of nourishment, nurturing, emotional integrity & presence what the biggest gift I could give both myself & my daughter. And the world. It hasn’t always been easy but now that she is older (6 in 1/4 she reminds me) & I have learned the amount of support & quality I need…the space I need to truly offer a mastery experience in my retreats…and while the world continues to burn up in flames, I know it is time!
